From the first intention to the delivered piece
Four steps, designed so that you know at all times where we are and what is expected from both sides.

THE MEETING
Define your vision
During a first privileged exchange – by email, telephone, videoconference or within the workshop in Verviers – we explore your idea together. We take the time to discuss the symbol you want to wear, the desired aesthetic universe and the technical contours of your future unique piece.

THE CREATION STUDY
The project is taking shape
Iconographic research, detailed drawings, exchanges and feasibility study: this phase mobilises all the expertise of the workshop. The realisation of this tailor-made preparatory work is subject to creative fees, remunerating the exclusive time devoted to designing your timepiece.
Flat-rate creation fees (€500) are required for this step. This amount will be fully deducted from the balance of your final order.

THE CONFIRMATION
The engagement of the workshop
When aesthetics and technique are definitively stopped, the order comes to life. The payment of the reservation deposit seals our collaboration. It consecrates the start of the manufacture of your watch, a singular piece that will not be like any other.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount validates the production of your piece.

THE BIRTH OF THE ROOM
The work completed
The metal is carved, the elements are decorated and the movement is meticulously assembled. Throughout this work at the workbench, you receive news and images of the progress of your timepiece. Once the final checks are completed, the part is delivered to you in person or shipped via a secure carrier.
The balance is paid before the delivery of your timepiece.

PRICE
Defined in the dialogue
Each project is unique. The price is set after the design phase, depending on the complexity, materials and inlays.
REFUS
No a priori
As long as the project is technically feasible, it has its place in the workshop.
